Villa Arkaim is a unique building in the picturesque Istrian village of Filipana (Marčana), which exudes elegance and comfort, available for rent all year round. There are many characteristics that make it unique and there is a park that surrounds it, with an area of 23468 m2 and arranged according to feng shui principles. The villa can accommodate ten people and in addition to vacation, it is the perfect place for rent for business purposes (workshops, seminars), group gatherings with different topics and organization of courses, weddings or photo and video shootings. Whatever you do, we can guarantee that your stay will regenerate your body and mind.

Welcome to our beautiful destination! My task is to prepare a unique welcome package that will encompass your stay and allow you to enjoy all the amenities of our region.

My name is Goran.

As I have been practicing yoga and kickboxing for 35 years, I would like to share my knowledge and experience with you through our specially designed program.

The program will consist of various activities and opportunities, and here is how I think it would be best to tailor our package:

1. Welcome:

– Upon arrival, our friendly staff will greet you and provide you with a “Welcome” package containing all relevant information about local culture, attractions, and events.

– You will also receive a schedule of activities exclusively prepared for our guests, including all the details about yoga and kickboxing.

2. Morning Yoga:

– Every morning, we will organize a yoga session held at a stunning location with a view of nature.

– You will have the opportunity to learn the basics of yoga, breathing techniques, and practices to help harmonize your body and mind.

3. Kickboxing:

– For those who wish to try kickboxing, we will arrange special classes with experienced instructor!

– This activity is an excellent way to build self-confidence, improve fitness, and learn the fundamentals of martial arts.

Your first contact with Villa Arkaim will be our manager, the cordial and professional Tjaša Macele, who is also the host of the villa. She will be with you from the first moment on, welcome you upon arrival at the villa and after that she will be at your disposal at all times for all activities and needs related to your stay. You can rely on Tjaša at any time and arrange with her details about the holiday or event you have designed, but also the organization of transportation or food deliveries.
