Villa Arkaim is named after Arkaim, an archaeological site in the southern Urals, which in Russia is considered a special place of power, a place that belonged to the civilization of a new spirituality, synchronized with the energy of the Universe. Arkaim in Russia is a spiritual sanctuary and the grandiose stone in front of our villa symbolizes precisely this unique place in the Urals that many visit. The author of the stone sculpture is the extremely talented sculptor Laconi Carlo Salvatore III from Sardinia. His work is based on combining sculptural installations with natural objects, so he used the monumental stone of volcanic basalt from Sardinia for the Villa Arkaim. And just as in the Urals you can absorb the energy of the Universe from some other dimensions, so our villa is a place where you will find vitality, positive energy and a source of creativity.

Villa Arkaim covers an area of 335 m² and in its furnishing and decoration every detail was considered, also according to feng shui principles. Fully equipped, it is synonymous with the comfort of living, surrounded by a beautiful wall of Istrian stone that guarantees privacy and peace. This is a place that will fill you with energy and you will witness it at every step of the interior and exterior of the villa. If you walk through our feng shui park, along the numerous paths that meander through a maze of aromatic herbs, flowers, fruits and olives, you will feel a true meditative environment that can provide you with the things that are priceless – peace, tranquillity and regeneration. You can continue your walk through the entire large, private park that surrounds the villa and in which you will connect directly with the picturesque nature for which Istria is widely known. Of course, for additional moments of enjoyment and relaxation, the villa has a private, 64 m² big, heated saltwater pool, surrounded by ten deck chairs. There is also a summer kitchen, a barbecue house and an outdoor fireplace, as well as a terrace where you can spend magical moments. In moments when you want to be active, table tennis, darts and a trampoline are at your disposal. At the same time, the villa is located close to many starting points for walking, cycling, horseback riding or swimming on quiet, non-urbanized beaches.
It is equipped to the highest standard, so each room has air conditioning and a Smart TV, while the kitchen has all the appliances you need. The ground floor has one bedroom with bathroom ensuite, living room, kitchen and open plan dining room, separate toilet and a bedroom with separate bathroom adapted for people with disabilities, which, because of the concept of decoration, provides easy movement through the ground floor and terrace as well as access to the pool and garden. One hydraulic bed is also provided.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one room with double bed, bathroom and terrace. The second room has a bathroom without a terrace and the third room contains two single beds, a bathroom and a terrace.
The villa is suitable for children, and pets are welcome.
